#2 24 Weeks

Wow a lot has happen! Sorry I missed 22 weeks, but like I said life has been crazy! We had our ultrasound and we did not get the report we would of like to have had. The baby's ventricles (a part of the brain) are slightly enlarged and I have gestational diabetes! Really, So for any of you that thinks there is going to be a #3 let me clear the air right now, We are done after this baby! LOL So hopefully when we go 12/28 for our next ultrasound the ventricles will be down. The gestational diabetes is something that will not go away until after I have the baby. So I am on a very modified diet and checking (yes sticking my fingers) 4 times a day! This could explain why the baby is already so big and why I have not felt good the whole pregnancy! So maybe once my sugars are under control we will both start feeling better! So we pray that the baby will not need NICU care, please keep us in your prayers! Until the next ultrasound we are going to enjoy the holidays with Sawyer and make it an awesome Christmas and then turn right around and get ready for this 2nd birthday!
